I bring a fresh perspective to the real estate industry, yet I have years of local knowledge and experience from growing up in a real estate-centric family in San Diego. Real estate has been a staple in my family for years. Consequently, I have a combined 155 years of experience that I draw from during each transaction. Working and living in San Diego has allowed me to foster solid relationships with my clients and connections through my unique knowledge of both the market and the area.

I work primarily in downtown San Diego and surrounding coastal communities, listing a wide range of properties, including single-family homes, investment properties, condominiums, new construction, short sales, income units, and condo/hotels. I understand that the buying and selling process can become overwhelming, which is why I am diligent in educating my clients about the market, providing them with accurate information that allows for a successful transaction. I am always available for my clients and I make sure to walk them through each step of the process from A to Z.

Keep it in the Family

I am proud to say that I am a fourth generation San Diegan! I have real estate in my blood – literally! I have been living and breathing San Diego real estate since I was born. Two sets of my great grandparents were very active in the early downtown San Diego business community in the early to mid-1900s, selling retail millinery (hats) and insurance. Both of my grandfathers were builders and developers in San Diego County. Grandpa Campbell built and sold numerous homes in North San Diego County while Grandpa Mintz developed and built many apartment complexes, including the designated historic 3200 Sixth Avenue, the UCSD married students housing, and other numerous commercial buildings. Both of my parents have been actively involved in residential real estate since I was born, providing me with knowledge, experience, and insight that simply cannot be learned anywhere else.
